With this investment in a resource-saving energy supply, Milchwerke Oberfranken has taken a significant step towards environmentally friendly production and thus sustainably increased the competitiveness of its company. With the coupled generation of electricity, steam, process heat and cooling, a lighthouse project for energy efficiency has been created in the dairy industry.
