Every year again - our internal Christmas party
Once again this year, we had a wonderful internal Christmas party together. A big thank you goes to our entertainment manager Sonja Eichstätter for organizing the evening.
As every year, a festively decorated restaurant at Landgasthof Schwögler in Bad Abbach awaited us after the "come together with sparkling wine" in the bar. We were greeted with a champagne reception and various flying buffet appetizers.
We were then treated to a delicious 3-course menu (also vegan...) with wine accompaniment. The beautifully arranged dishes were a real treat for the palate and we enjoyed the festive occasion in a good atmosphere.
The highlight of the evening was the eagerly awaited speech by our boss Michael, who not only looked back on the past year, but also gave us a strategic outlook for the future. A major theme of his Christmas speech was the generational change that will begin next year and be completed smoothly over the next few years. Michael Gammel also praised the cooperation between the different generations in our company, who complement and support each other with motivation and commitment. This is a positive outlook for the future.
And Michael Gammel's promise for 2024: We will once again work together with empathy and trust, but also laugh a lot, eat, drink and celebrate

Healthy and motivated employees are the foundation of a successful company - especially in economically challenging times. The "Healthy companies in the district of Kelheim" network, in which nine regional companies have joined forces to establish occupational health management (OHM) not as a short-term measure, but as a sustainable and systematic process, follows precisely this claim.
What great news! We are incredibly proud and delighted that, together with our partner IWR GmbH, we have been awarded the planning contract for a 12 MW seawater heat pump including seawater extraction and a biomass heating plant as part of the cross-border UNITED HEAT project.
