Local Heating in a World Heritage Site
We are very pleased that our project on Herreninsel in Lake Chiemsee was featured in the latest issue of the trade journal building & automation.
The article highlights the sustainable energy concept for the historic complex in Herrenchiemsee. The focus is on the wood gasification combined heat and power plant, which, together with the local heating network, enables an efficient and resource-conserving energy supply. The project combines innovative energy technology with the special requirements of a historic site and demonstrates how climate protection and cultural preservation can successfully work together.
We would like to thank the publication and are pleased that this exciting project is being presented to a broad professional audience.
