Recently, our employees received a personal feng shui stone - a small, appreciative symbol of balance, calm and clarity. Such impulses help us to feel not only functionally but also emotionally at ease in the workplace. After all, people who feel good work more focused, more creatively and with more joy in the team.
Feng Shui is not a contradiction to technology for us - but a useful addition. This was also demonstrated during last year's comprehensive office update, during which we were supported by experienced consultants. Together with our current and long-standing partners, we design spaces that enable performance - and at the same time focus on people.
