Doing good and giving joy is happiness!

Thanks to our annual Christmas campaign, we have already been able to purchase play equipment for the park and financially support numerous vacation activities for the young residents. For many of them, even the smallest amount of pocket money cannot be taken for granted.

In our efforts to always act transparently and compliantly, gifts from business partners are also greatly reduced. Our employees therefore contribute personal treasures such as handmade garden benches, knitted sweaters or other lovingly crafted items to the annual auction. We are incredibly grateful for the generous commitment of our team and the support of their families.By doubling the proceeds from the auction, Gammel Engineering was able to donate more than €7000 to the Cabrini Center this year. Today, we had the pleasure of meeting the facility manager Stefan Seehofer and Sister Sieglinde in person at our headquarters, who thanked Ingrid Stierstorfer and Gudrun and Michael Gammel on behalf of the center.

Topping-out ceremony for the new building housing a residential community for adults with disabilities in Rohr

The Catholic Youth Welfare Service (KJF) is building a shared living community in Rohr i. NB with four residential units for a total of 24 adults with disabilities. And not on the outskirts, but right in the heart of town. This is exactly what inclusion in action looks like.

CONNECTA Regensburg 2026

CONNECTA is Bavaria’s largest student-organized career fair and a place where the business community and the next generation of professionals can truly engage in dialogue. We were there again in 2026: On October 21 and 22, we showcased our company on the OTH Regensburg campus at the fair’s 30th edition.

Donation to the organization Platzhalter für Demokratie e.V.

Through the Gammel Family Social Fund, we aim to provide targeted assistance where support is urgently needed. The fund is made up of the proceeds from our internal Christmas party, where an auction is held among our employees every year. During our regular staff meetings, we then work together to gather suggestions for potential recipients—this way, we decide as a team where the donations will go.
