Since the beginning of the pandemic, the safety of our employees and business partners has been our top priority with regular testing. For months, everyone has been receiving a company-internal rapid test from our local pharmacy on Monday mornings. However, protective measures such as social distancing and masks are difficult to maintain at all times, especially on construction sites. "Our project managers have a lot of contact with people, even from neighboring countries - every employee who is now vaccinated can no longer infect themselves or anyone else, an active contribution to further containing the pandemic," says Michael Gammel

The fact that Gammel Engineering is one of the first companies in Germany to be able to carry out company vaccinations today is due not least to its persistent commitment. Michael Gammel was quick to criticize the selection of companies chosen for pilot projects, for example. According to the owner, company vaccinations should not be a privilege of corporations and large companies. "As a medium-sized company, we are aware of our responsibility for this country; it is the medium-sized companies, many family businesses, that form the economic backbone."
