The cooperation between Stadtwerk Haßfurt and Maintal Konfitüren deserves special mention. The concept and planning by Gammel Engineering GmbH includes combined heat and power generation for production at Maintal Konfitüren. The waste heat is used at a saturated steam level of 10 bar.
