Fifteen years ago, Georg Schneider VI made the strategic decision for the wood chip heating plant and the construction of the new energy center for the brewery and inn based on the energy supply concept developed by our team. This was the start of the sustainable energy supply for the best-known wheat beer brewery.
The fact that this step was pioneering and purposeful is particularly evident today in the energy crisis - a calculable and reliable process heat ensures production and thus a smooth supply of the coveted barley juice.
