The ecotrophologist and AOK nutrition expert answered these and other questions. After all, it often only takes a little time and creativity to provide the necessary energy boost in a healthy way during the breakfast or lunch break. 16 Gammel employees took the opportunity to get to know the right brain food. We are looking forward to the resulting ideas.
