BGM with a system - proven methods and instruments
3rd workshop of the 5-part seminar series at Gammel Engineering
As part of our seminar series "BGM with system - proven methods and instruments", the third workshop took place yesterday with great success. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Martin Simmel and Ms. Barbara Mayrhofer, this time everything revolved around the topic of psychological risk assessment - a central component of occupational health management (OHM).
Focus topic: Recognizing and coping with psychological stress
The focus was on the question of how psychological stress and resources can be recorded and evaluated in everyday working life. The speakers presented practical methods and tools for carrying out these assessments systematically and anchoring them in the company in the long term. They also presented coping concepts that help employees to better deal with mental demands and strengthen their own resources.
Movement at the workplace - impulses from guest speaker Antje Hofmann
A special item on the program was the presentation by Ms Antje Hofmann, sports scientist, who focused on the topic of "Exercise in the workplace". She impressively illustrated the importance of regular exercise and targeted strengthening exercises to prevent physical complaints and maintain performance in the long term. The participants were given numerous practical tips that can be easily integrated into everyday working life.
A workshop full of motivation and exchange
The event was characterized by an open, motivated atmosphere and intensive exchange between the participants. Practice-oriented discussions and joint exercises ensured that the topic of "health in the workplace" was not only conveyed theoretically, but above all in a lively and tangible way.
The workshop was another successful component of our seminar series and showed how valuable the combination of technical input, practical examples and active participation is. We are already looking forward to the next dates in the series!
