The project was planned and supported by us in service phases 2 to 8. The entire building is supplied with heating and cooling via two reversible heat pumps. At the same time, the office and development rooms are supplied with fresh air via 4 ventilation systems. Thanks to the excellent collaboration with Vollack, we are currently well on schedule and will be able to hand over the building on time in September 2024.

He started with us around 25 years ago as a young engineer and grew from project manager to project manager to authorized signatory. With a great deal of passion and dedication, he has become a permanent fixture in our management team.
