Our new homepage is online!
After a long period of planning, lots of ideas and countless hours, the time has finally come: our new homepage is live! We are looking forward to your feedback!
The evening began in style with a champagne reception and delicious canapés on the terrace. We were then treated to a fantastic 3-course menu in the festively decorated hall - a real treat in an atmospheric setting.
Together into the future: generational change at Gammel Engineering
A particular highlight of the evening was the speech by owner Michael, who included his son Mike as a speaker for the first time this year. The announced generational change is not only planned, but actively practiced. The harmonious cooperation between "old and young" gives us all confidence for the future, and we look forward to many joint successes.
Recognition for loyal cooperation: anniversaries and honors
Another emotional moment was the honoring of our long-standing employees:
This loyalty and solidarity makes us proud and shows how important a strong team is for our joint success.
A surprise for Gudrun
Our boss Gudrun was also specially honored this year. With a large bouquet of flowers from Michael and another bouquet and a poem from us employees, we were able to give Gudrun a great surprise. Her tireless support and care for everyone in the team is invaluable to us all.
With confidence into the new year
The evening was characterized by gratitude, appreciation and anticipation for the coming year. We bid farewell to the old year with a lot of positive energy and look forward to exciting challenges and many shared moments in the future.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this evening so special - here's to another successful year at Gammel Engineering!

Rising energy and raw material prices can be counteracted by using sustainable energy technologies and thus reducing CO2 emissions. This not only significantly reduces cost explosions, but also reduces your own ecological footprint. Pioneers in the dairy industry are also focusing on this.
Some people are simply indispensable in a company - Thomas "Tom" Winkler is one of them. He started with us around 25 years ago as a young engineer and grew from project manager to project manager to authorized signatory. With a great deal of passion and dedication, he has become a permanent fixture in our management team. But above all, Tom is a real team player who always has an open ear, is always willing to help and makes everyday life easier with his good humor.
