The renovation of the St. Josef retirement home in Neustadt an der Donau has been planned for many years. Now momentum is building!

Our engineering team with project manager Thomas Winkler planned the new energy center with CHP and thermal oil sterilization for the Vivantes Clinic in Berlin-Neukölln across all service phases and supervised it during the construction phase.

The lighthouse project Naturenergie Cham went into operation 10 years ago. We are very proud to have been involved since the very first idea, from project development to planning, construction and 10 years of successful operation with our project and branch manager Thomas Zweier.

On Thursday, 17.03.2022, the virtual meeting of the IHK committee took place, in which District Administrator Martin Neumeyer also took part for an exchange with the committee members. The first innovative CHP plants (iKWK) go into operation. Our team developed the iKWK project together with Stadtwerke Bad Reichenhall and implemented the engineering after winning the first round of tenders.

The year that is coming to an end was not only characterized by corona, but also by massively rising energy prices. The dairy industry has been particularly hard hit due to the high demand for heating and cooling.

The secondary school in Neustadt an der Waldnaab is currently being completely renovated according to plans by Brückner & Brückner Architekten. Our team is responsible for modern building technology in this flagship project. A very constructive collaboration with our client, the Neustadt District Office, and the planning partners has been the common thread running through the entire planning and construction phases. However, the sharp increase in volatile electricity generation from solar and wind power means that more and more residual load is required: this is precisely where CHP has a great opportunity to demonstrate its market credentials for the future. However, the new flexibility also increases the complexity of CHP-based energy concepts. Sound project development and planning are essential to ensure that the respective business case remains economically viable.
