Component temperature control

Component temperature control or thermal component activation uses solid building components to regulate the room temperature or store heat or cold. Pipes are laid in the walls and ceilings of a building, through which water is then fed for heating or cooling. This allows the entire building component to be used for heat transfer or storage. Component temperature control is particularly suitable for applications with a low temperature spread, such as heat pumps or groundwater cooling.
