Job Description

You will take care of exciting tasks in personnel and customer support as part of the team and organize appointments for the management. You'll also plan cool events, support marketing and PR and keep our acquisition team in the back office on their toes.

Type of position: Full-time with 30-40 hours per week

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Task Description

You will work in a team on a variety of tasks in personnel and customer support.

You will manage appointments and business trips for the management.

You will plan and coordinate internal and external events.

You will organize and coordinate marketing and PR tasks.

You will be the back office for our acquisition team.

Requirements

Completed commercial vocational training
Experience in the secretarial field
Very good MS
