Wohnbau St.Wolfgang creates valuable living space!

On 22.05.2019, the topping-out ceremony for the energy-efficient refurbishment of 20 apartments and the addition of a further 5 residential units took place in the Kumpfmühl district on the Theresienareal

Numerous guests from the world of politics as well as tradesmen and, of course, the tenants took the time to accept the invitation last Wednesday.

Our team would like to thank our client, represented by CEO Markus Leberkern, for the trust and the always constructive and goal-oriented cooperation. Continued good luck for this Wohnbau St. Wolfgang construction project too!

Under the expert guidance of Dr. Martin Simmel and Ms. Barbara Mayrhofer, this time everything revolved around the topic of psychological risk assessment - a central component of occupational health management (OHM).

A temporary home: the "Hummelchen" has started!

After around one and a half years of construction, the "Hummelchen" short-term care facility run by Katholische Jugendfürsorge (KJF) Regensburg has opened its doors. Here, children and young people with severe disabilities will find a loving temporary home - and their families valuable relief. Gammel Engineering was involved in this special project as a planning partner for heating, ventilation and sanitation and is delighted to have contributed to this place of well-being with its technical expertise.
